The Zebra Pro line marker features a high pressure spray system powered by a rechargeable battery. The battery provides enough power for up to 8 hours of consistent spraying on a single charge - so you complete even large jobs without having to stop. The high pressure paint spray uses specially designed nozzles that come included with the machine. The spray and nozzles ensure consistent paint coverage over the surface and the square discs that surround the nozzle ensure a crisp and precise finish to the line. These discs can be adjusted quickly in order to set the line width that you require.
The paint spray is controlled by the simple flick of a switch and the side-mounted position of the spray allows you to line mark right up against curbs and walls easily. The line marker features two paint probes which insert into the tub of line marking paint and connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at the ideal consistency for line marking. The large wheels and robust frame ensure that the machine stays marking straight and true - for accurate and precise line marking.
An optional spray lance attachment is also available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters. It is perfect for numbering bays and spraying signs on to the ground.
Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint is a high quality acrylic based paint. Formulated in the UK by experts in the line marking industry, it produces bright, colourful and durable lines. This paint can be applied indoors or outdoors on concrete and tarmac surfaces, making it ideal for car park line marking, industrial floor line marking, hard sports court line marking and more.
Zebra Hard Surface Line Marking Paint comes supplied as a ready to use paint. It does not need to be diluted, mixed or poured. This reduces waste and mess, and makes the paint much more convenient for the operator to use. All you need to do is shake the paint container, place it on the Zebra Pro Line Marking Machine, insert the pump probes into the paint container, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and you are ready to go.

For best results, shake the paint container before use. At the end of each line marking job, clean the Zebra Pro pump system and nozzles with water and Zebra Flush Thru cleaning solution to prevent blockages and prolong the life of the equipment. A small 1 litre bottle of Flush Thru comes included with the machine. Extra 10L bottles of Flush Thru are available separately. You can also add a set of round discs to your order, which make the Zebra Pro line marker suitable for use on grass surfaces, for sports pitch line marking. (Zebra Grass Paint will also be required to paint on grass surfaces).
