Rustins Quick Dry Small Job Paint - 3 x 250ml

Rustins Quick Dry Small Job is an acrylic emulsion-based paint that has been designed specifically for small painting projects.

A decorative, water-based and hard-wearing paint for interior and exterior use that is touch dry in approximately 30 minutes. Ideal for doors, skirting boards, worktops and other small jobs, including children's toys and furniture. Available in 10 attractive shades.

During preparation, the surface must be clean, smooth, sound, dry and free from wax, dust and contaminants. If the wood or metal surface is bare, apply the appropriate primer and undercoat before painting.

On metal, use Rustin’s Red Oxide Metal Primer. On wood, use Rustin’s Quick Drying Primer & Undercoat. Prior to painting, existing coated surfaces should be cleaned with Rustin’s Surface Cleaner or Rustins Sugar Soap, then sanded lightly to provide a key, prior to painting.

Apply light, even coats using a good quality brush for water-based coatings. A single is sufficient, but a second coat may be applied if required. It is better to apply two light coats rather than one heavy coat.

Touch dry within 30 minutes, depending on the temperature and humidity. Additional coats may be applied after 3-4 hours. Do not use below 10°C or in conditions of high humidity or if rain is imminent.

Coverage is 12-15 sq.metres per litre, depending on the absorbency of the surface.
