Teamac - also known as Teal & Mackrill, have been offering specialist marine and functional paints since 1908 and are still family run to this day!
They sell paints under a number of different brands and are the parent brand for Coo-Var paints.
These days Teamac focus on maritime paints. As you can imagine, any paint designed to stand up to an an environment that is constantly wet has to be very carefully engineered.
Teamac Chlorvar for example is a specialist rubber finish coating for swimming pools. When applied over the right primer, it is resistant to salt-water, chemicals & acid.
