Rustins Quick Dry Metal Paint is for use on both bare and galvanised metal. It can be applied directly without the use of a primer and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Ideal for gates, metal tanks and all ferrous metal surfaces. Not suitable for use under cellulose finishes.
Containing anti-corrosion additives, the paint has a low odour and dries to a smooth satin finish in just two hours.
During preparation, the surface must be clean and free from grease and wax. Before application, stir well before use until there is no sediment on the bottom of the tin. Apply liberally with a synthetic fibre bristle brush.
Two coats will provide adequate coverage, but three coats are recommended for improved durability. Rustins Quick Dry Metal Paint will touch dry in approximately 30 mins, depending upon temperature and humidity. Re-coat after two hours. Ideally 15-25°C. Do not use below 10°C, or in conditions of high humidity.
Coverage is 14 sq metres/litre per coat.
